Man Entering Different Schools to Steal Belongings of Students Arrested
Police authorities arrested a man who allegedly enters different schools to steal the belongings of students.
According to GMA News, a burglar was apprehended after breaking into a school in Manila and snatching a student’s cell phone and gadget. The culprit was discovered to have stolen from three other private institutions in the city.
According to the CCTV footage, some pupils were too preoccupied with their physical education session to leave their belongings on the table. A man with a white T-shirt and a sling bag approached a few moments later, looked around, then just kicked a cell phone beside him.
He quickly grabbed it up and placed it in the sling bag. The man returned to the table, quickly pulled out a tablet, slid it into the bag, and then walked away as if nothing had happened.
When the student returned to the table, he discovered that his devices had gone stolen. When the CCTV was examined, it was discovered that the individual was an outsider, and he was reported to the police.
More than two weeks later, authorities apprehended the culprit, Raymond Azaa, 30. The investigation indicated that Azaa has received numerous complaints and that he has previously harmed other students at three private institutions in Manila.
Azaa, who admitted to breaking into schools to steal, was found with a gun. The suspect claims that he stole because of an addiction. He acknowledged being hooked on gambling.
