Claudine Barretto Admits She Has No Plans to Get Married Again After Split with Ex-Husband

Drama Princess Claudine Barretto admitted that she has no plans to get married again after splitting with her ex-husband Raymart Santiago.

In an interview with the “King of Talk” Titoy Boy Abunda, Claudine admitted that she does not intend to marry again after her failed marriage. Tito Boy inquired of Claudine about the possibility of finding and marrying another man.

Claudine, on the other hand, didn’t hesitate to answer ‘no,’ stating that she had already made her vow to Raymart. Aside from that, she intended to concentrate solely on caring for her four children.

“I think I already gave my promise to my ex-husband. That’s enough. “I have four! I have two sets — the big ones, the teenagers, and the little ones. I have a 7 and and 4-year-old and an 18, and a 15-year-old,” she said.

“That alone takes so much of my time, my energy, my strength,” she added.

Claudine previously stated in an interview that she married Raymart by accident, claiming that she fell in love with the actor after her ex-boyfriend Rico Yan died. She did, however, wish to keep her good connection with Raymart for the sake of their children.

“Nakita ko kasi na pag hiwalay na kayo, parang magkagalit na kayo. Hindi naman pwede, hindi pwede na ganun. You will always have a relationship because of the kids. Naguguluhan na din sila kasi sa away away. We failed as husband and wife, so let’s not fail as parents pa,” she said.

“We have to make decisions with the children as a family pa rin. Hiwalay kayo pero you have to be together for the kids when it comes to decision making, anything about the children, even the schedule,” she added during the interview.

Claudine and Raymart married twice, in 2004 and 2006, however, the actress later claimed that the first marriage was a forgery since Raymart failed to register it. They divorced in 2013 after having two children, Santino and Sabrina. Claudine acknowledged last year that Raymart still hasn’t annulled them and that they haven’t had a hearing on the annulment issue.
