Celebrity Ellen Adarna is one of the most beautiful faces in the entertainment industry but she said that she is not “high maintenance.”
Nowadays, for some people, being beautiful is pricey. There are a lot of procedures and products available to enhance one’s physical appearance. For Ellen, looking good comes from being healthy as a whole.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, the Cebuana mom of one shared that she does not require a lot of money in order to maintain her physical appearance.
“I am very low-maintenance. I’m not the type who likes to go and hang out in clinics and do all these procedures every week or every day, right? It’s only done once a year,” Ellen Adarna said.
She stressed the value of self-care. Ellen said that her diet and fitness routine work hand-in-hand. The Cebuana celebrity is conscious of her food intake and she does exercise depending on what her body needs. e
One important thing for her also is having enough sleep. She said that she is a morning person as she wakes up around 4 or 5 in the morning. Ellen is making sure she sleeps early as well.
Talking about real beauty, Ellen Adarna said that this definitely goes beyond what the eyes can see. “For me, I appreciate realness,” the wife of Derek Ramsay said. She also highlighted the importance of knowing a person’s personality.
“You know I have to get to know the person, or get to talk to the person, or really know both the good and bad side of the person,” she said.
Ellen also stressed that good and bad co-exist as she believes that people have “yins and yangs.” “Good cannot exist without the bad. People present themselves as perfect, and I hate it,” she explained.
The Cebuana celebrity also stressed that beauty goes beyond social media filters. “Accept the darkness that you have, appreciate it. Appreciate it like how you appreciate your light,” she said.
