Elisse Joson Says She & McCoy de Leon Has No Plan To Get Married Yet But Wants Second Child

MCCOY DE LEON – Actress Elisse Joson admitted that she and McCoy de Leon have gotten back together. She said they have no plans to get married yet but they want to have a second child.

The reports that McCoy de Leon and Elisse Joson had broken up saddened the couple’s fans and supporters. The said rumors and speculations first surfaced in late December.

McCoy confirmed that he and Elisse broke up shortly after the rumors were further intensified and he was linked with a non-showbiz girl who was alleged to be the third party in their relationship. McCoy and Elisse have a baby daughter, Felize.

McCoy de Leon apologized to the public and clarified that no one was involved in their breakup. He said that they split up because he was not able to handle things.

A few days after he revealed their breakup, rumors that McCoy and Elisse may have reconciled offered the McLisse fans and supporters hope. With their daughter Felize, McCoy and Elisse were spotted in a theme park in Tagaytay. Another sighting of the famous couple dining in a restaurant together came after that.

Based on a report from Bandera, Elisse Joson confirmed her reconciliation with partner McCoy de Leon. She also shared that they have no plans of getting married yet but they want to have another baby.

“We’re happy. I think in any kind of relationship, you’re gonna have to stumble on a few roadblocks. And marami pang dadating na mas mahirap sa’min. So, I think we’re happy na,” the actress said.

Elisse was asked if McCoy courted her again to regain her trust and respect after they broke up temporarily. “Sabi ko sa kanya, huwag niyang kalimutan ‘yung sweetness and pagiging present sa amin kahit wala naman kaming pinag-awayan,” she said,

“Araw-araw, ipinapakita naman niya that what we have is worth it. Bukod sa schedules namin, it’s a joint effort in keeping the family alive and together. Kasi it’s an effort between two people,” she added.  

When asked if their relationship has become more stable and solid, Elisse said, “Yes, I think so. Sa totoo lang.”

As for getting married, Elisse said it’s not on their top priorities right now. She said, “We’re doing it step-by-step. We’re focusing on our own house, our own property, para stable.

“Kaya, okay lang kahit (hindi muna kami magpakasal) kasi magiging expensive ang kalalabasan niya.

“Even though we’re both blessed to have work, mas pina-prioritize po namin ang needs ng family which are everyday expenses, stable place to stay, stable family, and stable relationship with each other,” Elisse said.

The 27-year-old actress also admitted that she and McCoy also have a plan to give Felize a sibling. “Meron naman pong plans but we’re really enjoying our time with Felize now because special talagang bata si Felize sa aming dalawa,” said Elisse.
