Cristy Fermin Reacts to Netizens Calling KC Concepcion “Mukhang Nanay”
Veteran showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin defended singer-actress KC Concepcion from bashers calling her “mukhang nanay”.
Cristy Fermin expressed sympathy for the daughter of Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion’s body shaming in a recent episode of her show. Kc has been chastised for purportedly looking like a mother despite the fact that she has no children and no husband.
Netizens, particularly bashers, are slamming KC’s present physical form. According to them, people should not expect KC to appear in Vivamax since her physique is quite large-boned, which he inherited from his mother Sharon’s genes.
“May kalakihan siya, oo. May kalaparan. Pero sapat ba namang tawagin siyang mukha ng nanay? Eh napakagandang nanay nito… hindi naman po talaga siya puwedeng pumayat na puwedeng pang-Vivamax dahil big bone po sila… malalaki ang buto nila kaya hindi talaga papayat nang husto… isa pa, mayroon siyang PCOS…” said Cristy.
Cristy also asserted that KC has PCOS, or polycystic ovarian syndrome, something she had previously admitted in an interview. The seasoned columnist also urged netizens to simply understand what KC was going through. Cristy’s co-hosts Romel Chika and Wendell Alvarez concur.
“Intindihin po natin na hindi naman po simple ang pinagdaraanan ni KC Concepcion. Kung siya po ay mukhang nanay, aba, gusto na lang maging anak niya dahil pagkaganda-gandang nanay, ‘di ba naman?” Cristy just said in her show.
KC Concepcion looked stunning as she turned 38. The actress and host shared an Instagram photo of herself looking ecstatic in an all-white ensemble. KC appeared to be making a wish just before blowing out her birthday candle. Sharon, KC’s mother, sent her the greatest birthday greeting on Instagram.
