Paolo Contis talked about how people negatively responded to him and Yen Santos
Kapuso actor Paolo Contis said that people have “demonize” him and his girlfriend actress Yen Santos.
The beginning of Paolo’s relationship with Yen is quite controversial. It is known to many that the actor’s breakup with actress LJ Reyes created a buzz in showbiz. While the breakup was a hot topic on social media, the actor was spotted with Yen in Baguio.

In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante TNT, the actor admitted that it saddened him that people painted him and Yen as “demons.” “It’s sad to say na super na-demonize kami pareho in terms of, parang super laki. Katulad nga ng sinabi mo pagdating mo kanina, ‘Oh! The world’s hatest man’,” he said.
Paolo said that he has learned his lesson. He is also aware that there is too much hate addressed to him. However, he said, “So what?” This is because he believes that as long as their relationship is quiet, then so be it.
For him having a quiet relationship is advantageous. He said that Yen is a very private person and the public has no idea what is happening behind the camera.
“People don’t know what happens behind closed doors. Kung ano man ‘yung nakita ko dati, iba rin ‘yung mga nakikita ko ngayon. Sa amin, it works because we’re both quiet with our personal lives,” Paolo Contis said.
