PAG-IBIG SALARY LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Below are the lists of documents needed in applying for the cash loan offer of Pag-IBIG Fund.
There are some government agencies in the Philippines with offers that are only exclusive for its members. One of these is Pag-IBIG Fund which has millions of members across the nation.
Members of Pag-IBIG Fund are coming from different walks of life. Some are employed in the public or private companies while others are self-employed individuals. There are also those overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who are members of the agency.
Pag-IBIG Fund has several benefits and loan offers that its members may apply for depending on their qualification to the offers. One of this is a cash loan offer, the Salary Loan. The Pag-IBIG Salary Loan requirements may vary depending if you are employed, self-employed, or an overseas Filipino worker (OFW).
If you are employed, prepare the following documents:
- duly-accomplished and signed Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
- one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
- proof of income:
– “The ‘Certificate of Net Pay’ portion at the back of the application form must be accomplished by the employer or submit photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip duly authenticated by the company’s authorized signatory”
If you are self-employed, prepare the following documents:
- duly-accomplished and signed Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
- one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
- proof of income (any of the following):
– original copy of Notarized Affidavit of Income
– original copy of Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months
– original copy of Certificate of Engagement issued by the owner of business
– photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR), Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit
– Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency (original)
– original copy of Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details
If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare the following documents:
- duly-accomplished and signed Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
- one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
- proof of income (any of the following):
– Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
– Employment Contract
– Income Tax Return (ITR) with Host Country or Government
