Queen of all Media Kris Aquino is seeking a legal remedy versus an advertisement about a “miracle food” and this uses her name.

Kris is getting better and her family, friends, and fans are happy to see that she is bouncing back. Just recently, the celebrity expressed gratitude to everyone who joined her in her journey and the prayers that people who love her continually have.

The love and support that she gets gave strength to her, especially those times when she was struggling so hard because of her rare disease.

Just recently, an advertisement circulated on social media claiming that Kris Aquino uses the said product. Based on the article in Inquirer, the ad featured a “miracle food” which is a form of mixed nuts. The ad claimed that it can cure cancer, diabetes, and obesity.

This came to Kris’s attention and she aired her dismay. Atty. Enrique V. Dela Cruz Jr., of the Divina Law Office, wrote a comment of support in Kris’s recent Instagram post.

Then, the Queen of all Media mentioned the said fake advertisement that used her name. She stressed that right now, her diet is just milk and no solid food yet. Kris also said that she is allergic to certain kinds of nuts.

“Atty. Ricky, I hope the post about me [and] this ‘miracle’ whatever food has been taken down because sobrang hindi totoo. Until now i’m unable to really eat food, it’s still milk and more milk for me… NEVER ako na diagnose as having cancer. And most of the nuts shown in the pictures I am ALLERGIC to!” she wrote

The lawyer replied that they already sent a demand letter to take down the post. Based on the demand letter, in a copy obtained by Inquirer, it was addressed to Dr. Willie Ong and his wife Dr. Liza Ong’s Facebook Page.
