Jillian Ward got the chance to work with Dina Bonnevie
Kapuso young actress Jillian Ward admitted that she feels nervous every time she does a scene with seasoned actress Dina Bonnevie in the afternoon series Abot Kamay Na Pangarap.
Jillian is one of the actresses of her generation who was able to continue her showbiz career from being a child star until she transformed into a drama actress. Currently, she is the lead star in a Kapuso afternoon series with Carmina Villarroel and Richard Yap.
Just recently, it was announced that Dina Bonnevie will be part of the series. In a previous interview, the seasoned actress shared her thoughts on Jillian Ward’s work attitude.
Dina said that the young actress comes to the set early and prepared and this is something that she admires. In a recent interview, based on the article in Inquirer, Jillian shared that she felt starstruck seeing Dina on the set of the series.
“I got nervous because I knew that I had to do well … And until now, I still get nervous when I have to do scenes with her—that’s Ms Dina,” the young actress admitted, adding that she was scared at first.
However, Jillian said that later on, this changed because she realized that Dina is “so kind and outgoing.” The young actress also shared that she asked for advice from the seasoned actress.
Jillian Ward is happy that Dina Bonnevie is very patient with her and very giving. “Even if she’s a big star, she makes sure to talk to us newbies,” the younger actress said, adding that this is the reason why she is doing her best not to mess up.
