Is it true that Eat Bulaga creative staff was ordered to retire?
The Eat Bulaga ârebrandingâ issue has been the talk of the town these past few days and a recent write-up stated that the management ordered the creative staff to apply for early retirement.
Rumor has it that following the takeover of Romy Jalosjosâs children in managing the TAPE Inc, the noontime showâs producer, the show will be rebranded. It was alleged that the TVJ trio (Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon), will be taken out of the show.
Rumors circulated that the legendary trio will be replaced by Allan K, Wally Bayola, and Jose Manalo. Amid this issue, the TAPE management or even the showâs host havenât directly answered the rumors.
The camp of Jalosjos previously stated that there is no truth to rumors that TVJ will be replaced by Wowowin host Willie Revillame.
Just recently, a source of Bilyonaryo, based on the article in Newsko, said that the creative staff of Eat Bulaga was told to retire. It was said that it is part of the rumored rebranding that the show will have.
From the time when the children of Romy Jalosjos took over, during their meetings, the creative staff allegedly received ânotice to retire.â However, it was said that they can still apply for vacant positions but they will receive lower salaries.
It was also said that some staff members are already thinking of legal remedies once they will be forced to retire and if their segments will be used without their permission.
