Pokwang Sobs After A Flight Crew Commends Her For Being A Strong Mother

POKWANG – Kapuso comedian Pokwang was unable to control her tears after a flight attendant hugged her and praised her for being a strong mother.

Marietta Subong a.k.a. Pokwang has lately been in the news for speaking out about her split from her ex-partner Lee O’Brian. She revealed things like how she initially made up the reason for their breakup to hide Lee’s flaws and how he was initially upset when he found out she was expecting their daughter Malia.

The comedian disclosed that she has supported their daughter financially ever since she and Lee got together and that Lee has never done so. Pokie also bemoaned Lee’s poor treatment of her as a partner. Just recently, Pokwang said that she does not want her former partner to visit their daughter.

Pokwang is currently in the United States for her “BFF” show with K Brosas. During her flight to the US, she was unable to control her tears after an attendant hugged her and praised her for being a strong mother.

On March 22, the 52-year-old celebrity narrated this moment through her Twitter account. She shared that a flight attendant from PAL approached her in her seat. The crew hugged her and told her to keep going and that they love her.

“ma share ko lang, this madam FA from @flyPAL nilapitan ako sa aking upuan habang nasa kalagitnaan ng flight to SanFran niyakap ako at sinabing, laban lang mahal ka namin at naniniwala kami sa katatagan mo bilang ina, nanay din ako kaya ramdam kita, hay naiyak ako e thank U po,” she wrote.

The airline company immediately replied to Pokwang, wishing her to “stay strong.” “We care for you, Marietta! Mothers are our strongest protectors of the household, at natutuwa kaming nakapag-iwan ng magandang impression ang aming SFO crew. We are your home in the sky. Stay strong!” it said.
