Liza Soberano Aunt Joni Reacts To Commission Issue

Aunt of Liza Soberano has this reaction to a netizen about the commission issue

Actress Liza Soberano explained during her Fast Talk interview the commission that her manager Ogie Diaz and her aunt/road manager Joni Lyn Castillo got when they were working together.

Liza shared that at first, Ogie got 30 percent while her Tita Joni received a 20 percent commission from her. She said that it eventually became 20 percent for Ogie and 15 percent for Tita Joni as the latter talked it out with the talent manager.

Liza revealed that Tita Joni felt bad for her that she was just getting roughly 40 percent of her income and her taxes were deducted from this as well.

This revelation that Liza Soberano had on Boy Abunda’s Kapuso talk show received different reactions from the online community. One of the reactions that were prominent was addressed to Tita Joni.

Some netizens believed that Liza’s aunt should have taken her “salary” and not a commission. In an Instagram comment, based on the popular showbiz FP, a netizen mentioned the same thing about the commission issue.

The netizen also narrated that he/she listened to both sides of the story and came up with the conclusion that Ogie did not say anything bad against his former talent. Another netizen said that he/she agrees with the comment that Tita Joni should have taken her salary instead of getting a commission.

Tita Joni replied to this and said that she is glad the netizen listened to both sides of the story. She said that if ever people saw that she did something wrong, then, she is saying sorry.

Liza Soberano’s aunt also stressed that she is not “mukhang pera” and that she is living a simple life now having her own business. For Tita Joni, there ain’t supposed to be an issue but the people who wanted to get themselves involved in this issue made the situation worse. “Mahal ko po ang aking pamangkin ginagalang ko po si Ogie,” she said.
