Boy Abunda will never forget his interview with two Hollywood stars
King of Talk Boy Abunda recalled the times she interviewed award-winning actress Angelina Jolie and acclaimed singer-actress Jennifer Lopez.
Tito Boy reached the reputation that he has now because of his caliber when it comes to interviewing people from different walks of life and how he would handle a talk show. Throughout his career, he already did remarkable interviews.
Among the most memorable interviews that he has with Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez, and he recalled those experiences in a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera.
Boy Abunda shared that he went to Japan for Angelina’s interview. “This was in September of 2019, everyone is afraid of Angelina Jolie. Ako rin naman pero ang ginawa ko, binihisan ko siya,ā he recalled.
The seasoned TV host said that he would do something in order to catch the attention of the interviewee. āI was wearing trench coats so every time we bump into each other, āNice, nice trench. Whereād you get that?āā he said.
When he did the first interview with Angelina, Tito Boy said that he wore a new pair of Loius Vuittons. He got this comment afterward, “That’s lovely.” Then, they started talking about shoes. āSo āyun yon, kanya-kanyang technique. And nuāng nag-soften siya, I was able to ask a lot of questions,” Tito Boy added.
The King of Talk also mentioned Jennifer Lopez as one of his favorite celeb interviews. He said that the singer-actress was very warm. He interviewed her thrice already.
When asked about his dream interviews, Boy Abunda said that he hopes he gets the chance to interview Barbara Walters, Oprah Winfrey, and Hilary Clinton.
