Aiko Melendez has this advice for young stars

Seasoned actress Aiko Melendez shared a lengthy post intended to remind the young stars of their attitude amid the issues raised by actress Liza Soberano.

Aiko is now being managed by talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, Liza’s previous manager for more than a decade. In Aiko’s Facebook post on Sunday, she stressed that Ogie, who has been her friend for many years now, is managing her career for a year now but there is no written contract between them.

She said that because of trust and the love between them, she has no problem even if they only have a verbal contract. At the age of 47, the actress that she continues to do efforts in order to learn.

In all her years in showbiz and the time she is being managed by Ogie, Aiko Melendez pointed out that the talent is the one who always has the last word when it comes to projects and things surrounding his or her career.

One of the factors that the seasoned actress shared that contributed to her longevity in showbiz is to always remember where she came from.

Dun ako nakita ng GMA 7 para bigay ang Bubble gang show sa akin na lead kami at hanggang ngayon asa ere pa din sila. Dun din ako pinagkatiwalaan ng Dick en Carmi para maging isa sa Co host nila ng ABS CBN,” the actress explained.

Aiko Melendez shared that she learned from her former manager the late Douglas Quijano to always be grateful and don’t burn bridges.

Kasi maliit ang mundo ng showbiz para mas paliitin mo pa ito. Ang kaaway mo nuon maari maging tulay para mas me magandang oppurtunidad syo sa pag rate,” she stressed.

Then, the actress shared this advice: “Sa nga baguhan ngayon ang payo ko lang be Humble enough to admit that whatever achievement you have achieved in life is not just about you!”

Aiko also pointed out that there is nothing wrong aspire for change and reaching what a person wants to achieve but one should always remember the people who helped and be thankful to them.
