Gretchen Barretto’s Only Daughter Dominique Cojuangco Gets Married

GRETCHEN BARRETTO – The only daughter of actress Gretchen Barretto, Dominique Cojuangco, tied the knot with her longtime partner Michael Hearn.

Dominique Cojuangco is the only child of business magnate Tonyboy Cojuangco and former actress Gretchen Barretto. Despite having a great career, Gretchen did not remain in show business for very long. Instead, she focused on raising their only daughter full-time.

She studied overseas for several years while she was a young adult. Usually, Gretchen would take a flight to see her daughter.

Last year, Dominique and her non-showbiz businessman partner Michael Hearn shared their love story. They got engaged in October 2021. Michael is a bar owner but not much is known to the public about their love story during the time they got engaged.

Dom said that she first met Michael while they were both students at the British School of Manila. Yet it wasn’t until 2018 that they began to perceive one another differently.

Dominique and Michael dated for three years before becoming engaged to each other. They work together in business as well. They opened The Collective, an online skincare store, in May. Both of their parents are in favor of their relationship and their choice to get married.

“My parents are in love with Michael and are so happy about our relationship. He doesn’t just take great care of me, but of them as well. I don’t know which one of them was more elated, but they both reacted very positively towards the engagement,” Dom said.

Michael Hearn and Dominique Cojuangco are officially wed. Some of their guests, including actress Sofia Andres, whose daughter Zoe appears to have been one of the flower girls, uploaded pictures and videos of their wedding on social media on Saturday.

Dominique and Michael’s reception was held at the beautiful National Museum of Natural History in Manila.
