Ashely Ortega and her mayor boyfriend separated
Kapuso actress Ashley Ortega is single again after confirming her breakup with Lucena City Mayor Mark Alcala.
Ashley is currently busy doing a series with actor Xian Lim. Aside from acting, she is known as a figure skater. She already join several competitions.
In her new series, Hearts on Ice, Ashley is showcasing her skills in skating. Xian had to do training when it comes to this.
When it comes to her love life, Ashley Ortega shared in a recent interview, based on the article in Manila Bulletin, that she is single right now.
She confirmed that her relationship with Mayor Mark ended last year but she stressed that it ended well.
“It was not a bad breakup. Maayos kami nagusap. The decision was mutual,” the Kapuso star said. Ashley did not elaborate on things surrounding their separation.
With this, many of their fans on Tiktok expressed sadness. The former couple is active on the said social media platform and they would always share their sweet photos and videos together.
When, asked about the reactions of fans to their photos and videos, Ashely said that she did not delete them.
“Hindi naman namin tinanggal ang mga videos namin sa Tiktok. They could still view it,” she said.
Right now, the Kapuso actress said that she would like to remain single. She is not yet ready to open her heart to a new relationship.
“I think pahinga muna ang puso ko. At this point, I think mas batter na trabaho muna ang focus ko,” the actress stressed.
Previously, Ashley Ortega was praised by her leading man Xian Lim. The actor said that his leading lady in the new Kapuso series is very dedicated when it comes to her craft and really comes to the set prepared.
