The Lalamove rider is driving along the road in the video, but a concerned netizen notices a human child’s hand. While the delivery man drives, the child moves his hand inside the insulated bag.

The company recently issued a statement about the situation. The company confirmed that the child is safe and will impose appropriate punishments and penalties on the delivery staff.

The employee was suspended for misusing the Lalabag and will undergo a safety retraining program.

Here is the statement:

“While we have confirmed that the child is safe, we have also decided to have him suspended for the misuse of the Lalabag. He will be due for reinstatement upon completion of a safety retraining workshop.”
