Donita Nose spoke about her experience working with Willie Revillame
Comedienne-host Donita Nose defended veteran TV host Willie Revillame amid the criticism that he received just recently.
Kuya Wil is on hot water just recently due to his striking statement against critics of ALLTV following reports that its shows will take a break from airing. The veteran host was also called out by his fellow showbiz personalities like Cristy Fermin and Ogie Diaz.
Kuya Wil fired back and for many people, it sounded like a “panunumbat.” Donita Nose is aware of this recent issue about the veteran TV host, based on the article in PEP. She said that she understands Willie Revillame’s personality.
“Matagal ko na kasing kasama si Kuya Wil. Kilala ko siya. Sobrang kilala ko siyang tao, kung ano ang gusto niya, kung ano ang ayaw niya, at kung saan siya matutuwa, di ba?” Donita said.
She added that once Willie would see something unique to a person, he will really help. For her, the veteran host is a very generous person. Donita also said that she did not experience ill-treatment from the Wowowin host.
The comedienne-host also revealed that several times, Willie fired her but he would make her come back.
“Pero pinababalik pa rin niya ako, di ba?! So, ganun yun. Yung parang ano, I don’t burn bridges talaga. Kahit siguro sabihin natin na andun ako sa kanya, tapos paaalisin niya ako all of a sudden, ‘Tanggal ka o ano, ganyan-ganyan!‘” she shared.
Donito Nose also stressed that she has nothing against Willie Revillame and that she has not “tampo” to him. It is because she understands his personality. She also shared that she received “ayuda” from the veteran host amid the pandemic, especially when she tested positive for COVID-19.
