Joj and Jai Speak about Being Twin Sisters
JOJ AND JAI – The Agpangan twin sisters explained why they were not detected as twins during the pregnancy of their mother.
Among the most popular former housemates of the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother are twin sisters Joj and Jai Agpangan. They were part of the PBB Teens edition and they are among those who gained a lot of fans and supporters.
The twin sisters are from Bacolod City, province of Negros Occidental in Visayas. Aside from their bubbly personalities, another thing that caught many people’s attention is the tone of the twin sisters when they are speaking Tagalog. Many people are fond of listening to them speaking in Tagalog with their Hiligaynon dialect’s tone being evident.
Recently, Joj and Jai appeared as guests in the vlog of Toni Gonzaga. They have known each other since then because she was one of the main hosts of PBB. There was even an instance that she impersonated the twin sisters.
During the vlog interview, Joj and Jai revealed that their mother and their family were surprised when they came out as twins. There were tests performed but the doctor heard only heartbeat because of their position inside their mother’s womb.
According to the twin sisters, they were hugging each other inside their mother’s womb. It is a rare position as twins are usually opposite each other inside the womb. The name of Joj is the one that their parents have prepared.
Joj is the elder one. She came five (5) seconds ahead of Jai. During the interview, they stressed that they are really very close to each other and they are not only twin sisters but also the best of friends. They don’t have fights instead they protect each other.
Despite being twins, they also have differences. According to them, Jai is the one who is emotionally stronger while Joj is the one who can get into a relationship faster. Meanwhile, despite not being as strong as Jai emotionally, Joj stayed strong when her twin sister fell into coma two (2) years ago due to “over water”. Here’s their vlog interview posted on YouTube:
