In a previous article, actress Miles Ocampo received lots of praise from the viewers of “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo”. She showed a very impressive performance playing the young Marites in the series.

Her performance showed that she’s come out of her box as an actress and her growth. She has previously expressed that this series gave her a chance to grow and what she did was something most of her contemporaries have not done yet. She absolutely gave a powerful performance and she gave justice to her role.
Ocampo ranked among the worldwide trends on Twitter Monday night.
In the premiere, Marites was assaulted by the fugitive Ramon and this has made her pregnant. She contemplates abortion but was stopped by her mother Tindeng.

And one outstanding scene from the series caught the attention of many people. This particular scene is the one where she went into labor and gave birth without any help. She wanted to leave the child as it is a reminder of trauma but when a mysterious woman Olga came and attempted to take away her son, her first instinct was to reclaim her newborn, desperately declaring, “Anak ko ‘yan!”
This scene is very impressive and the behind-the-scenes was just as impressive as the turnout.
A clip of Coco Martin instructing Miles what to do and what her character should feel. Miles was intently listening to Coco who was passionately teaching her how to pull off the right action and emotion. And she did pull it off impressively.
