Cristy Fermin shared this story about Ion Perez
Veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin said that Ion Perez has adapted the “matalas ang dila” attitude of Vice Ganda.
Ion rose to fame after he joined the It’s Showtime family. From doing small parts in the show, he eventually joined different segments. In 2019, Vice and Ion confirmed their relationship.
Their love story garnered support and admiration from loved ones, fans, and people in the entertainment industry. However, there were also doubters who were thinking that their relationship will end sooner or later.
Negative reactions were thrown at Ion as some believed that the relationship was just for his financial security. Based on the article in Balita, in a recent episode of Cristy Fermin’s YouTube show Showbiz Now Na with Romel Chika and Wendell Alvarez, they shared how Ion Perez answered a person who questioned his decision to choose Vice Ganda.
“Si Ion na kung ituring ng ating mga kababayan ay ibong nakatuntong sa ibabaw ng kalabaw, pero ngayon ay umaakto na ring kalabaw,” the veteran showbiz writer said.
Cristy shared a scenario when Ion allegedly displayed the fierceness of his tongue which according to her was copied from Vice.
“Matalas ang dila ng Ion. Napakatalas ng dila. Matapos niyang sabihin na may nagtanong daw sa kaniya, ‘Bakit ka pumatol kay Vice? Bakit sa beki?’ Anong sagot niya, ‘Alangan namang pakainin ko pamilya ko ng buhangin…’ so aminado siya na comfort, future ang kaniyang ano… ‘di ba… matalas ang dila ng Ion, parang sumasabay na kay Vice,” Cristy said.
Romel Chika added that Vice should control his partner when it comes to this aspect but the opposite happened because Ion has copied that attitude.
As of this writing, Vice Ganda has not released a statement yet about this issue.
