Dina Bonnevie on possibility of being friends w/ Pauleen: ‘Di na uso ang nag-aampalaya’

Dina Bonnevie speaks about Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto

Veteran actress Dina Bonnevie said that she is open to the possibility of being friends with Eat Bulaga host Pauleen Luna, the wife of her ex-husband Vic Sotto.

Dina is known for being straightforward and brave in saying what she thinks. Apparently, this is mistaken sometimes as being “mataray,” especially because of her “kontrabida” roles in teleseryes.

Previously, Dina shared that there was a time when a guard aimed a gun at her because she was identified by her antagonist role in a TV series. After that, an old woman hit her with an umbrella.

In the second part of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz’s interview with Dina Bonnevie, she shared her thoughts on Vic Sotto’s relationships after her. Dina and Vic got married in 1982. After four years of being together, they broke up and their marriage was annulled in 1992.

The veteran actress admitted that at first, she was bitter toward Vic’s relationship after her. However, she realized that being bitter will do no good to her. “Pangit ang maging bitter. Dapat talaga move on,” she said.

Dina also said that it is clear that Pauleen wants her and Vic to remain friends. “Siguro nga if possible maging magkaibigan din kami ni Pauleen,” Dina said, adding that she also wants to be friends with the ex-wife of her husband politician Deogracias Victor Savellano.

“Hello! Uso ngayon modern family na. Di na uso yung mga ano mga nag-aampalaya diyan,” the veteran actress said. She added that this makes someone become ugly.

Dina Bonnevie further said that she understands that Pauleen Luna has nothing to with her and Vic Sotto’s separation, as much as she has nothing to do with her husband’s breakup with his ex-wife.

The veteran actress also shared that at first, her kids have doubt if Pauleen really loves Vic. Dina said that this was also what the kids of her husband felt before. However, as time went by, the wrong perception vanished.
