The Unihertz Atom XL was officially announced in the first quarter of 2020. The device is powered by a 4300 mAh Li-Ion battery.

The dimension of the device is 134.50 x 65.00 x 17.50 mm and weighs 243.50 grams. It comes with a screen size of 4 inches IPS TFT capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 640 x 1136 pixels.
Platform:
Atom XL runs on the Android 10 operating system. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6771 Helio P60 Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is ARM Mali-G72 MP3. It is packed with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Main Camera:
The rear side of the Unihertz Atom XL sports a 48-megapixel camera with features like digital zoom and LED flash.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features an 8-megapixel camera. It also features digital zoom.
