Wowowin host Willie Revillame showed proof that his TV show will be back on-air contrary to rumors that it will be discontinued.
Following the announcement by ALLTV that its shows will be stopped for a while, some anticipated that the shows will be discontinued due to low TV ratings. It is inevitable for critics of the new network, especially the Kapamilya supporters to share their reactions against the situation of ALLTV.
With this, Willie fired back at the critics of the new network and he said that people appeared to be happy with their misfortune even though they are providing jobs for many.
In a recent episode of his show, Willie Revillame reiterated that the shows will only have a temporary break. He said that netizens have different perceptions of what will happen to his show, based on the article in PEP.
“Heto ang katotohanan: alam niyo ho ba na ang Wowowin Studio ay nag-meeting na naman kanina? Heto po ang latest, minamadali na po yan [Wowowin studio] para magkaroon na tayo ng audience,” the veteran TV host said.
He shared a video showing the construction of the Wowowin studio at Starmall EDSA. Through this, he is debunking the rumors that his show will go off-air permanently. The veteran TV host also thanked the avid viewers of his show.
“From the bottom of our heart, marami pong salamat sa inyong lahat,” he said, adding that it felt amazing that many people found new hope through his show and through ALLTV.
Willie Revillame also said that he hopes that they will continue to provide help and inspiration to many people for many years.
“Hindi ako ang bida rito. Ipinagkaloob ito sa amin ng Panginoong Diyos para makapagbigay ika nga ng saya, kaligayahan. Tutulong na abot-kaya lang naming ibigay,” the veteran TV host stressed.
