Sarah Geronimo shared a post dedicated to Louie Ocampo
Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo expressed an apology to veteran composer Louie Ocampo for she was not able to join his concert for his 45th anniversary in the music industry.
In Louie’s career of four decades and a half in the music industry, he already worked with various artists, from veterans to aspiring artists who are dreaming to be part of the music scene in the Philippines.
To mark his 45 years as one of the prominent composers, a concert was held and Sarah was supposed to be part of this. However, the Popstar Royalty was not able to join the event.
Through her Facebook post, Sarah Geronimo shared a photo of her with Louie Ocampo. They appeared to be rehearsing a song as Louie was sitting in front of a piano while Sarah was standing beside him. The singer-actress also included a photo of her with Louie and her husband Matteo Guidicelli.
In the caption of her post, Sarah congratulated the well-known composer. She also expressed appreciation to him. “Congratulations Sir Louie Ocampo on the success of your show last night!! Thank you for being the coolest Musical director that you are. I am so blessed to have been given many opportunities to work with the one and only Maestro Louie Ocampo!!” the singer-actress wrote.
Then, she said sorry to the composer for not being able to be with him at his anniversary concert. Sarah also shared the reason why she was not able to go.
“I sincerely want to apologize for not being able to join you on stage due to a cold. Babawi po ako sa inyo next time, Sir Louie at sa lahat ng Popsters,” she said. Several fans of Sarah Geronimo expressed support for her and wished her to get well soon. Because of this, “Get Well Soon Popstar” trended on Twitter.
