Sarah Geronimo had this meaningful statement on ‘ASAP Natin ‘To’
Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo admitted that past incidents in her life affected her and she did not expect she will have the drive to perform again.
Sarah spent her teenage years performing in front of the camera. After winning a prestigious singing competition on TV, her career soared and continues to soar. However, there was a point in her career when she took a break, probably the longest one so far.
That was after she tied the knot with her husband Matteo Guidicelli. It is known to many showbiz fans that reports surfaced about the unexpected happening during the intimate wedding ceremony.
Reportedly, the parents did not attend the said ceremony but her mother Mommy Divine Geronimo went there and a commotion happened. After the wedding, Sarah Geronimo started her breaking slowly.
Late last year, she had her comeback with her new songs. In a previous statement, she said that she used her break in creating her own songs.
During last Sunday’s episode of ASAP Natin ‘To, the singer-actress expressed gratitude for having the chance to return to doing what she loves to do. She said that she is happy that she had the courage to come back.
“Maraming dumaan po sa buhay ko na nagpahina ng aking loob, ng aking paghinga. Naka-apekto po yun lahat sa akin pero tinulungan po ako ng Panginoon Diyos na bumangon ulit at yakapan itong talent na bigay Niya sa akin,” the Popstar Royalty said.
Sarah Geronimo added that her faith was her number one inspiration and then, her family, and now she has her husband Matteo Guidicelli. She also mentioned that her ASAP family is also her inspiration to continue.
The singer-actress said that she is starting this year with a grateful heart. She also thanked her fans and everyone who appreciates her music.
