Kris Aquino Hopeful for her Recovery: 'I have a strong chance of getting better'

Queen of all Media Kris Aquino expressed hopefulness for her recovery in her recent Instagram post.

Kris has been battling a rare disease for many years now. Amid her health struggles, her fans, friends, and loved ones showed support and sympathy. In her recent Instagram post, the celebrity mentioned the kindness she received from one of her closest friends, designer Michael Leyva.

Kris said that he found a compassionate person who is ready to be there for her. “To the original M.L. in my life @michaelleyva_ , little did i know, July of 2015- i’d make a lifelong, LOYAL friend and for kuya josh & bimb to have an adopted kuya,” the actress-host wrote in her post.

She shared her appreciation for what Michael has done to her and to her sons. Kris Aquino also appreciated the fact that the designer never forgets to mention that she has opened doors for him. The Queen of all Media also highlighted the good traits of her designer friend.

Then, Kris thanked everyone who has been fervently praying for her recovery. She also shared that she has a new doctor who is “considered among the BEST.” However, she did not reveal the name of the doctor because she had not asked for permission. The actress-host said that she waited for three and a half months before doing the face-to-face consultation and that waiting paid off.

It is because, after that span of time that she had to wait, she was given an important element that was needed. “The renewed confidence to HOPE that although it will be a long process, I do have a strong chance of getting better,” Kris Aquino said.
