JANELLA SALVADOR – ‘Darna’ actress Janella Salvador’s mom Jenine Desiderio mentioned Markus Paterson in one of her latest social media posts.

Showbiz fans are aware that Janella Salvador and Jenine Desiderio had misunderstandings. However, it was a thing of the past; they were able to patch things up and become even closer.

According to an article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Janella revealed that she grew closer to her mother during her pregnancy and now that she has a child. Then she shared how they had previously drifted apart. Janella stated that their relationship became problematic when she entered show business at the age of 14.

Janella Salvador and Markus Paterson confirmed their relationship in September 2020. They revealed that they were already parents a few months later when they introduced Jude to the public.

Markus and Janella’s split was made public in September when the actress disclosed that she was raising their son as a single mother. The actor later revealed that he and Janella had been separated for “almost a year” before the split became public.

In the same month, Markus made news when he said that the lesson he learned from previous relationships was to “never to f*cking date someone in the industry.” Markus later clarified that the remark was not directed at his ex-girlfriend, stating that they were on good terms. In addition, the actor stated that he will “love her forever” and that Janella “will always be a huge part of [his] heart.”

Jenine Desiderio appears to have kept a positive relationship with Markus Paterson, as she addressed the actor jokingly after cutting her grandson Jude’s hair for the first time. The singer-actress captured Jude’s first haircut in a series of images posted on her Instagram page on Wednesday, February 1.
