Singer Bamboo is just a guest in the upcoming Tingog ng Pasasalamat series of concerts, Tingog Party List has clarified this in a recent social media post.

A few days ago, the former Rivermaya frontman received bashing online. It is because of the concert poster that rapper Andrew E. This featured the said upcoming music event with Bamboo’s image as the biggest at the center.

Netizens slammed the singer for associating himself with the party list that was under the UniTeam. There were also those who said that he is now showing his true color.

In a recent Facebook post, Tingog Party List shared a post about this concert. “Ngayong buwan ng mga puso ihahatid namin sa inyo ng LIBRE ang TINGOG NG PASASALAMAT Concert na siguradong magpapakilig sa iyong Feb-rero. Maki kantahan kasama si Master Rapper Andrew E, Queen Mother Karla Estrada at ang mga bandang Plethora at ILT Band,” the caption of the post stated.

“The following statement clarified that Bamboo is a special guest. Then, the party list clarified that the singer has nothing to do with political matters and that he is not endorsing any political group,” the statement added.

The said concert will be held on the following dates and venues.

February 12 | Cebu City

February 17 | Tagum City

February 25 | Quezon City

March 4 | Tacloban City
