Netizens have funny reactions to this TikTok video of Heart Evangelista
Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista shared this video on TikTok with “Coach Bamboo” and it has reached over 14 million views.
Heart is one of the celebrities in the Philippines who is active on various social media platforms. Aside from being an actress, she has become a social media influencer, especially when it comes to style, fashion, and empowering women.
In one of her recent TikTok videos, the Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations lip-synced the song of Mariah Carey titled We Belong Together. The original audio was from a certain @angieekay.
Since it is a song with high notes, Heart Evangelista mimicked the actions of one who is singing that kind of song. In her video, her husband Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero was beside her. After she “belted” the song, the prominent politician tapped her head.
Several netizens commented that Governor Chiz is a look-alike of former Rivermaya frontman Bamboo Manalac who is also known as Coach Bamboo in The Voice Philippines. Here are some of the comments from netizens to the viral TikTok video of Heart Evangelista, based on the article in The Latest Chika.
Previously, Heart acknowledged that her husband is indeed a look alike of the rock singer. In 2017, she shared a photo of her husband when he was younger. “Bamboo kaw na ba yan? #saychiz (matagal na kitang crush- got to marry my dream guy ! (squinting face with tongue, smiling cat face with heart-shared eyes emojis),” she wrote in the caption of her post.
