Cristy Fermin speaks about her experience working with Alex and Toni Gonzaga
Veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin contradicted the perception of some people that celebrity siblings Alex and Toni Gonzaga are both “maldita.”
Cristy was able to work with the Gonzaga sisters in different instances. In the recent episode of her Showbiz Now Na YouTube show with Romel Chika and Wendell Alvarez, the showbiz writer talked about Toni’s 20th-anniversary concert and the icing-smearing issue of Alex.
Cristy mentioned that there are people who believe that Alex’s bad attitude is just the same as her older sister’s. She even cited the notion of other people that having encounters with the Gonzaga sisters will make you say that they indeed came from the same womb.
However, the veteran showbiz writer contradicted this belief of some people. Cristy Fermin attested that Toni Gonzaga has a good work ethic and knows how to deal with other people, unlike her younger sister.
She shared that for two weeks she was with Toni in Canada for a series of shows years ago. Cristy said that within just two or three days of being together, you will already know the attitude of a person.
“Hindi ko pwedeng sabihin na palalo, mayabang, at maarte. Si Toni kahit ano ang ipakain mo, kinakain niya,” Cristy said, adding that the Ultimate Multimedia Star would always arrive on time and sometimes earlier than the scheduled time of assembly.
Then, the veteran showbiz writer mentioned the time she worked with Alex in Juicy. She shared that her patience was really tested until the point that she could not bare it anymore and so she really reprimanded the younger Gonzaga.
“Malaki ang diperensya. Ibang-iba talaga si Toni kay Alex,” Cristy Fermin said. With what she experienced in working with Toni, the veteran showbiz writer said that she can’t easily believe other people’s opinions against the actress-host.
