Heartbreaking. This is the response Trina Candaza received when she asked Carlo Aquino this question.
CARLO AQUINO – In hopes of bringing their family together again, Trina Candaza received this response instead from Carlo Aquino.
“Sana, ‘di ba, mahiram ko naman. Tutal nagpo-provide ako para sa kanilang dalawa, ayoko nang isa-isahin, ng mga kailangan nila.”
This was the statement Carlo Aquino expressed in a previous article which gave the public an assumption as to what was going on between him and his ex-partner Trina Candaza. People assumed that Trina is not allowing him to see their daughter but she clarified this in an interview with Ogie Diaz.
Accordingly, she is open to settling things with him when it comes to their co-parenting setup. She is also very open about him spending time with their daughter but he was who is not going to their daughter.
In the same interview, Trina recalled that one moment when she attempted to bring their family back together.
It was Valentine’s Day last year when she received a big bouquet from the actor. They were already separated at that time but he still gave her flowers. The gesture stirred some confusion in her mind but did not deny that at the back of it, she is hoping.
This hope fueled her to ask the actor why he sent her a huge bouquet of flowers. The actor replied that he only wanted to send it to his loved ones as he has also sent one to their daughter and one to his mother.
She then followed up with this question: “mahal mo pa ba ako? Ayaw mo na ba kami ibalik?”
And she received a heartbreaking “no response” response from him. And this kind of response is already the response that signaled her to stop trying.
