German Vlogger Banned in Muntinlupa Over “Pick-up Girl” Content

Muntinlupa City LGU Banned German Vlogger for “Pick-up Girl” Content

The local government unit (LGU) of Muntinlupa City banned a German vlogger or YouTube for using “pick-up girls” for content.

Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon slammed a foreign YouTuber’s vlog in which he highlighted a Filipina he picked up in Muntinlupa for a thousand pesos. The mayor wishes to declare the vlogger named Mr. Pogi German persona non grata.

German Vlogger Muntinlupa

On January 7, the YouTuber said on Facebook that he took an 18-year-old “pick-up girl” to a motel in Alabang, Muntinlupa. In the video, the YouTuber asked the woman how much, to which the woman replied P1,000 sir all-in for three hours.

The vlogger began by feeding and conversing with the woman. He stated that he wished to assist the girl. When they arrived at the motel, the woman even changed into attractive clothes.

“Wow, you look amazing. Wait, can you stay there? So amazing, so beautiful and cute,” said the vlogger while filming the woman.

The vlogger placed the woman on the bed and removed her t-shirt. When the lady pulled down the vlogger’s shorts, the vlogger declared it was a prank and stated that he will not have an intimate moment with her. The vlogger, on the other hand, was seen kissing the woman as they hid behind a blanket.

“You deserve the money. You are such a nice girl,” the vlogger told the woman and she replied “Salamat sir. You are so bait,”

The vlogger included a “disclaimer” in his vlog. According to the disclaimer, the purpose of this vlog is to assist Filipina females like her who cannot afford everyday necessities such as food or milk for her baby, as well as to tell the woman’s experience.

“Disclaimer: the intention of this vlog is to help Filipina girls like her who can’t afford daily essentials like food or gatas for her baby…I want to use this platform to share her story. I’m sure many girls are in the same situation like her, not enough money for food, gatas, diaper etc …I hope she will use the 1,000 [P1,000] pesos wisely!!!!”

The vlogger even commented on his video: “Who wants to be the next girl for my content?! Let’s pm me!!!”

On Mayor Biazon’s Facebook post on Monday, he stated that he was tagged in the vlog. The Mayor of Muntinlupa condemned the content for using a woman’s vocation for financial gain.

“Sa una, nagpapakita pa siya ng kagandahang loob na tutulungan yung babae, pero in the end, mukang napagsamantalahan niya ang pangangailangan ng nasabing babae. Ang prostitusyon ay isang seryosong problema ng lipunan na hindi natin dapat palagpasin.. Hindi natin palalagpasin ito,” the Mayor said.

“Nakipag-coordinate ako kay Muntinlupa Chief of Police Angel Garcillano on how we can pursue him. Nire-request ko rin sa ating City Council na madeklara ang dayuhan bilang persona non grata dito sa Muntinlupa, at mag-review kung anong ordinansa ang pwedeng ipasa para mapigilan ang ganitong mga klase ng activity,” Biazon added.
