JM De Guzman Excited To Move Into His New Home
JM DE GUZMAN – Kapamilya actor JM De Guzman gave a virtual tour of his new condominium unit.
JM de Guzman is a Pinoy actor, singer, model, and mixed martial artist. He is known for his teleseryes “Angelito: Batang Ama” and “Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Araw Gabi.”
The 34-year-old actor is among the celebrities who joined the world of vlogging. In a previous article, the Kapamilya star gave a virtual tour of his luxurious van.
JM De Guzman gave his fans a tour of his new condo in his most recent YouTube video. The condo is currently under construction.
The actor claims to have been renting for a very long time and is thrilled to finally own a condo unit. He said, “Matagal na akong nagre-rent ng condo since nag-start ako mag-showbiz. Magastos and pupunta mo ‘yung pera sa pagre-renta pero sa huli hindi mo makukuha ‘yung condo. So ito first time mapapasa akin ‘yung condo.”

JM de Guzman and John Balboa, his project engineer, toured the various still-under-construction areas of the condo unit in the vlog. The dining area will have a six-seat dining table, a chandelier in the ceiling, a cove light, and pin lights, according to Balboa.
The living room will contain a sofa, hanging cabinets, cove lighting, and pin lights, among other things. JM also took a tour of the various bedrooms in his brand-new home.
The actor revealed that he and his family would shortly be relocating to the condo. He said that he will do another vlog tour once it’s finished.
“Excited na kami lumipat lahat. Sabi nila next month na maayos na nila ‘to. Siyempre ‘pag ka okay ‘yung home mo, mas inspired ka to work, mas inspired ka na may gawin sa pang araw-araw. Mas inspired ka umuwi at magpahinga. Dito nangyayari lahat so importante talaga maayos ang iyong bahay,” said JM.
