A businesswoman Yvonne Chua Plaza was shot dead by unknown suspects outside her house in Davao City.
Yvonne was the victim of a gunshot on Buttercup St. in the Green Meadow Subdivision, Brgy. Sto. Davao City, Tugbok District, Nio. The victim is a 38-year-old businessman who lives in the region.
According to the initial police report, she was about to enter her house’s gate after getting off the Montero when unknown guys on motorcycles approached and shot her. The incident was even captured on their home’s closed-circuit television (CCTV).
Yvonne died as a result of a gunshot wound. Meanwhile, those guilty of the crime fled in an unknown direction. The authorities have now initiated an extensive investigation into the incident.
According to several netizens, the shooting was supposedly the result of road rage in which the victim was involved. Yvonne apparently had a traffic altercation with a motorist, during which she displayed a dirty finger.
Meanwhile, another Facebook user, Yvana Chua, blamed the death of Yvonne on Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) General Jess Durante. The netizen even posted a snippet of Yvonne’s post showing her face with bruises after allegedly being assaulted by the AFP General.
