Rodjun Cruz’s New Year’s Resolutions Have Been Revealed
RODJUN CRUZ – The New Year’s resolution of Kapuso actor-dancer Rodjun Cruz have been revealed.
Making resolutions for the new year has traditionally served as a means for people to focus on and make plans for the things in their lives that are truly important. We shouldn’t take health and wellness for granted, as living through a global pandemic has taught us.
Organizing your long-term objectives for the new year in 2023 around enhancing your health, mind, and soul is a terrific idea.
There are lots celebrities who have shared their new year’s resolution, and maybe they can serve as inspiration for you. One of them is Kapuso actor Rodjun Cruz.
Based on a report from GMA News, the 35-year-old celebrity said he is looking forward for the new year that will come in his life and his family. According to Rodjun, this is another opportunity to better live a healthy lifestyle, which he does not only for himself but also for his two-year-old son Joaquin.
“Syempre looking forward ako na makasabay ko na s’yang mag-gym, makasabay ko na s’yang mag-basketball. Kaya nga ang New Year’s resolution ko rin… kaya ako nagwo-workout kasi mahilig ako kumain, nae-enjoy ko ‘yung food…”
“Pero syempre sa age natin kailangan ko na rin talagang kumain ng healthy kasi gusto ko na habang lumalaki si Joaquin nakikita ko ‘yung milestones n’ya at nakakasama n’ya ako na malakas ako,” he added.

Even though he is busy with other guestings and taping, Rodjun Cruz still makes sure that he is hands-on with his son. He said, “Actually, sobrang kulit na ni Joaquin ngayon. Kailangan hands-on ka talaga dahil takbo ng takbo, tumatalon, tapos para s’yang parrot kung ano ‘yung sinasabi namin magaling s’yang magsalita at mabilis s’yang pumick up. Ngayon nagsasalita-salita na.”
“Mas masarap lang din s’yang kasama ngayon kasi malambing na. Minsan kapag galing ako sa work, pag-uwi ko, ‘Daddy, daddy,’ hinahanap-hanap kami ni Dianne. Pero sobrang happy ako kasi nalalaro-laro ko na si Joaquin ngayon, tapos kahit saan kami magpunta nasasama na naming,” he added.
Like other dads, it is a challenge for the actor to miss a moment of his growing child because of work.
“Actually ‘yun ‘yung pinaka-challenge sa akin noon, ‘yung ginawa namin ‘yung Little Princess. Kasi nu’ng time na ‘yun strict pa talaga, may protocols na 10 days quarantine before going to the location, to the set. Tapos almost one month na naka-lock in…“
“Pero thankful lang din ako na mayroon na tayong FaceTime, Zoom, so updated pa rin ako, nakikita ko si Joaquin. Iyon ‘yung inspiring kasi ginagawa ko naman ‘tong work na ‘to, pinagbubutihan ko para sa kanila.”
