The ZTE Nubia Z50 was officially announced on December 19, 2022. The 5G-ready smartphone is powered by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + 80W wired charging. It is offered in three colors – Mint, Silver, and Black.
Body & Display:
The dimension of the device is 162.9 x 72.9 x 8.5 mm or 8.7 mm and it weighs 197 grams. It has a screen size of 6.67 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is built with a glass front, aluminum frame, and glass back or eco-leather back.
Platform:
Nubia Z50 is powered by the Qualcomm SM8550 Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (4 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 740. It runs on the Android 13 + MyOS 13 operating system. It comes in 128GB + 8GB RAM, 256GB + 8GB RAM, 265GB + 12GB RAM, 512GB + 12GB RAM, and 1TB + 16GB RAM.
Main Camera:
ZTE Nubia Z50 sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising a 64-megapixel (standard) + 50-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor. It features a Ring-LED flash (4 LEDs), panorama, and HDR.
Selfie Camera:
On the front, the mobile features a 16-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking beautiful selfies and making video calls. It features HDR.
Sensors on the phone include fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. It also features USB Type-C 3.1, USB OTG, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS, and NFC.
