According to the report, one of Sison’s sons also gave a speech. He said, “He was generous with his time whenever I visited. Whenever he saw my FB photos of travel, he always asked me to drop by the Netherlands. We decided to make a trip in March 2023. This is one lesson in my life that I didn’t visit sooner. I’m grateful for the memories we enjoyed together. His sharp memory always amazes me and his ability to think outside the box is remarkable.”

Sison’s wife Julie de Lima said she will miss her spouse. “The pain squeezes my heart everytime I breathe, it will be only eased until I join you…You left so many notes for so many book projects we planned. Love bound us on the day that we knew each other and I shall always love you,” she said.
