Catriona Gray Sends Food Packages To 1K Families On Christmas Day
CATRIONA GRAY – Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray sent food packages to 1,000 families on Christmas day.
Catriona Gray’s involvement with this non-profit organization is only one of her numerous causes. It’s been four years since she won Miss Universe, but the beauty queen is proving that her causes are here to stay, crown or no crown.
The 28-year-old celebrity recently posted several photos of Young Focus PH beneficiaries on her Instagram account. Young Focus PH is a non-governmental organization that seeks to improve the “mental, physical and social well-being of young people in poor communities by means of education, health care, and personal support.”
Catriona Gray supports Young Focus PH, with donation calls included in her Instagram account. In the caption of the picture, she stated that the generosity of contributors has enabled the organization to provide food packages to 1,000 families as part of Young Focus PH’s Christmas Family Food Package Campaign.

Catriona Gray’s engagement in Young Focus PH’s Christmas Family Food Package Campaign is just one of the numerous causes she supports. She arranged a photo shoot inside the Metropolitan Theater in January as part of her obligations as an ambassador for the National Commission for Culture and the Arts and to highlight the venue’s history as a home for various types of art.
The Filipina-Aussie beauty queen also advocated for sustainability by wearing an outfit made of plastic bottles for the premiere of Vogue Philippines in the country. “What better way to celebrate the launch of @voguephilippines Maiden issue and first ever Vogue Gala than by embodying one of Vogue’s values.” Catriona said in the caption.
During Pride Month this year, the Miss Universe Organization honored her, describing her as saying that Miss Universe helped her “become even more steadfast” in her allyship by allowing her to meet “LGBTQIA+ communities from multiple countries and cultures and hearing their stories.”
