SILENT DISCO – A lady netizen has shared her silent disco experience and even showed the ‘expectation vs reality’.
A silent disco or silent rave is an event in which people dance while listening to music through wireless headphones. Instead of using a speaker system, music is broadcast via radio transmitter, with the signal picked up by wireless headphone receivers worn by participants.
However, those without headphones hear no music, giving the effect of a room full of people dancing to nothing.
Recently, a TikTok user named mtzietel shared video footage of her experience with a silent disco during their activities on a cruise. The video quickly circulates online and elicits reactions from the netizens.
In the video, the lady netizen together with her colleagues was wearing headphones at the club. The group danced without a loud noise but just listened to the music with their headphones.
However, the uploader reiterated that it was weird but her group love their experience at a silent disco at Royal Caribbean – Spectrum of the Seas.
