Bea Alonzo previously confirms a reunion film with John Lloyd Cruz but is he aware of this?
JOHN LLOYD CRUZ – A source of Ogie Diaz reveals that John Lloyd Cruz is surprised about the reunion film with love team Bea Alonzo.
In a previous article, Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo confirmed that she and actor John Lloyd Cruz are up for a reunion film. Accordingly, it will be directed by director Cathy Garcia-Molina and the story will be written by Carmi Raymundo, and the concept by Enrico Santos.
The film will be under Star Cinema, the movie production arm of Alonzo’s former network.
“It’s going to be exciting,” quips the actress. Fans of Cruz and Alonzo got excited after hearing such from the actress herself as many have been anticipating their reunion project following their iconic movies One More Chance and A Second Chance. The latter film was directed by CGM.
And just recently, in a video of Ogie Diaz, he shared that a source of his revealed to him that JLC is not aware of this reunion project Alonzo has talked about.
Accordingly, John Lloyd’s surprised reaction indicated that he is not aware of the said project. Diaz said, “Si John Lloyd Cruz naloka rin sa balitang gagawa sila ng pelikula ni Bea Alonzo.”
Diaz claimed that there were no offers to JLC and no one has pitched to him yet about this said future project. The prime actor is accordingly not aware of where Bea got this news about their reunion project has come from.

To recall, the pair previously brought “kilig” to their fans through their One True Pair commercial in 2021 and the live script reading of That Thing Called Tadhana in 2020, with Bea as Mace and John Lloyd as Anthony.
