Lolit Solis Reacts To Her Elem. Classmate Joey de Leon's 'Words of Wisdom'

Veteran showbiz writer Lolit Solis reacted to the “words of wisdom” of her former classmate Henyo Master Joey de Leon.

Lolit and Joey have shared in past interviews that they were classmates during their elementary days. Both of them shared funny stories from their younger years. Eventually, both of them entered the same industry.

Now, they are among the veteran showbiz personalities in the Philippines. In a recent Instagram post, Lolit shared a post about Joey and his upcoming movie with Toni Gonzaga, My Teacher.

The said film which is directed by Paul Soriano is part of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2022. Just recently, a press conference was held for the said movie. “Talagang iyon words of wisdom makukuha mo sa mga beterano sa showbiz, Salve. Tignan mo at ang dami ng napulot ng mga showbiz writers sa sandaling chikahan nila kay Joey de Leon,” Lolit Solis said.

The showbiz writer also said that even though Joey is a comedian, his answers about issues were serious and even though his answers were “kenkoy” at times, but still one can get a lesson from them.

“Very supportive si Joey de Leon sa anuman project na ginagawa niya. Like ngayon sa kanyang filmfest movie na My Teacher, binigyan niya talaga ng panahon ang presscon para sa publicity ng movie,” the writer said about her elementary classmate.

Lolit also cited that after the press conference, a lot of articles were written about the comedian-host and it is because of his revealing and interesting sound bites. Then, she encouraged her followers to watch the movie of Joey and Toni.
