JODI STA MARIA – “The Broken Marriage Vow” actress Jodi Sta Maria wins Best Actress for her role in the said series.
“The Broken Marriage Vow” (TBMV) is the PH adaptation of “Doctor Foster” and the vengeful lead role was played by Kapamilya actress Jodi Sta. Maria. Her performance in the series was praised and was even recognized by several award-giving bodies.
And the recent recognition she received is the top prize at this year’s Asian Academy Creative Awards. She was the one who represented the Philippines as one of the 16 national winners named in September.
TBMV was also a national winner bagging six awards which included Best Adaptation of an Existing Format, Best Actress in a Leading Role for Jodi Sta Maria, and Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Zaijian Jaranilla.
