HERLENE BUDOL – A video of Kapuso actress and beauty queen Herlene Budol dancing with kids in Uganda went viral on social media.
Herlene “Hipon Girl” Budol shocked everyone by showcasing her versatility by switching from a comedian to a beauty queen. After winning Bb. Pilipinas 2022 first runner-up, she is currently getting ready to compete as the country’s representative in Miss Planet International 2022.
Miss Planet 2022 will take place in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. The present reigning queen, Monique Best of South Africa, will crown the new queen on November 19.
On November 5 or 6, delegates for the Miss Planet International 2022 are expected to arrive in Kampala. The deserving beauty queen will don the about $250,000 crown.
Herlene Budol and her talent manager Wilbert Tolentino recently left the country for Uganda. She and the BBP organization shared snaps of the beauty queen taken at the airport. The Kapuso star donned stunning yellow co-ords. Lots of netizens expressed support for Herlene.

Herlene Budol recently uploaded a heartwarming video on her Instagram account. In the said video taken by Wilbert, the beauty queen could be seen having an endearing moment with several adorable kids in Uganda.
The 23-year-old celebrity cheerfully chanted “Philippines” along with the kids. They could also be seen dancing and beaming with joy.
Hipon further penned a heartfelt caption about the Ugandan kids.
“Salubungin ka ng mga batang masayahin na parang mga kababayan ko lang na kahit anong dagok ang dumating sa atin buhay hindi nila nakakalimutan ngumiti! Ang kanilang halakhak at hiyawan ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon para ipagpatuloy ko ang aking misyon. Oli otya Uganda!,” she wrote.
