SMaRT Arrested 2 Members of Notorious ‘Jumper Boys’ Preying Trucks in Tondo
Special Mayor’s Reaction Team (SMaRT) personnel arrested the alleged 2 members of ‘Jumper Boys’ notorious theft group in Tondo, Manila.
