If there’s someone from the industry who is very silent when it comes to his private life, it would have to be Raymond Bagatsing. But as an actor, he is among the artists many people look up to. He can pull off any role that was given to him and his forte is being a “kontrabida”.
But just recently, in a rare chance, the actor spoke about some pigments in his personal life, specifically his love life. He has a girlfriend and they have been together for two years already. His girlfriend is based in Dumaguete.
Before his girlfriend, the actor was actually married twice. He married Lara Fabregas in 2001, the daughter of veteran actor Jaime Fabregas.
In 2008, he tied the knot with Cora Pastrana, who, at that time, was 60 years old while he was 41.
Both marriages did not work.
At present time, is he considering getting married again?
In an interview with Korina Sanchez, he expressed that matters like this is something he surrendered to God. It will happen if it is meant to be.
As a child, he brought with him the angst he develop as someone who has come from a broken family. His parents separated when he was young and his life was a bit complicated. As per his description, he lived like a nomad.
He said, “I think, I’m in the process of surrendering that to God’s will. And for some reason, when I do that, it they come even if you don’t seek it. So, yung marriage, I think if it’s meant, it will happen.”
