Cristy Fermin did not agree with Lolit Solis on this matter
Veteran entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin contradicted the tirade of her colleague Lolit Solis against Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo.
Lolit has shared several write-ups against Bea. The columnist would comments against the actress’s looks as she would say Bea is too old for a certain role. Lolit also would comment against the actress’s love life, especially her breakup with actor Gerald Anderson.
Just recently, Bea’s manager Shirley Kuan has answered Lolit’s tirade. Shirley called the veteran columnist a “bully”. The talent manager also shared that they have consulted their lawyers regarding this matter. However, Bea Alonzo refused to sign the document that would start the legal battle against Lolit Solis.
In a recent Showbiz Now Na YouTube show of Cristy Fermin with Morly Alinio and Romel Chika, this is one of the topics they discussed. Cristy said that this issue somehow saddened her because she is both close to Lolit and Shirley. However, she contradicted Lolit’s tirade.
Cristy said that Bea does not look old and she has no wrinkles, contrary to Lolit’s claim. The SNN host also pointed out that the actress does not look awkward to be the leading lady of Alden Richards in Start-Up PH.
Cristy also commented on Lolit’s attack against the actress regarding the Beautederm product that Bea is endorsing. Lolit said that the said product was a flop because it was endorsed by the actress.
“Wasak na wasak na doon si Bea, wasak pa yung produkto,” Cristy Fermin said and stressed the fact that Lolit Solis is close to Beautederm’s owner. The SNN host also stressed that it was Shirley Kuan’s responsibility to defend her talent which justifies her answer to Lolit Solis.
