Kapuso actress Carla Abellana reacted to the rumors that she now has a rich suitor a few months after her breakup with actor Tom Rodriguez was confirmed.
Carla and Tom’s breakup was quite controversial. It is because several issues surfaced between them. It was alleged that the actor cheated and some believed that their problem has something to do with money. There were also those who pointed fingers at the actress as they believed that it was her fault that their marriage ended.
When the issues subsided, the former couple apparently moved on from their past. In an interview, Tom shared that he is quietly moving on. He is currently staying in the U.S. However, he stressed that he has no love life for now and he is not in a hurry to have one.
Early this October, rumors surfaced that Carla Abellana is dating a rich politician, and some rumors said that it was a rich businessman. In a recent event, the Kapuso actress was asked about her love life, based on the article by entertainment columnist Gorgy Rula in Pilipino Star Ngayon.
She strongly denied the rumors that she has a rich suitor. Then, she was asked if she is ready to fall in love again. “With a lot of things, yes. Sasagutin ko po ‘yun, pero hindi tao. Hindi ‘yung fall in love na romantic. With many things,” Carla said.
Rula shared that the actress was very careful in answering questions from the press people. It was clearly clarified to the press people not to ask Carla questions about Tom. In answering the question about being ready to fall in love again, the actress said, “Ang daming puwedeng i-enjoy at gustuhin, ma-in love ka sa mga bagay-bagay. Whether it’s yourself, your family, soap making or ano pa ba?”
Right now, Carla is enjoying her time doing things that make her relax like soap-making and she is set to start to do candle-making. The actress believes that every people has to go through a difficult time but it is important that people should know how to handle these kinds of situations.
“Puwede namang it’s not necessarily something na problem that you should figure out how to fix, basta kailangan mo siyang ma-experience, parang ganun. Nasa sa ‘yo ‘yan, nati-test ang strength mo, ‘di ba? Of course ang faith mo kay God,” Carla Abellana said.
