Jasmine Curtis clarified something about her relationship with Jeff Ortega
Kapuso actress Jasmine Curtis denied that she and her boyfriend Jeff Ortega have broken up.
Back in 2021, rumors surfaced that Jasmine and Jeff were no longer together. During an interview for the promotion of her World Between Us series with Alden Richards, the actress was asked about her love life.
Back then, Jasmine did not give a direct answer. She was even asked what she will do if ever Alden will court her. Last September 30, Jasmine Curtis and Jeff Ortega attended the Filmmakers and Shakers Night of Film Development Council of the Philippines that was held at Gallery MiraNila in Quezon City, based on the article in PEP.
During that event, the actress was asked if she and Jeff broke up. “No! Nagulat kasi ako kung saan nanggagaling yun,” the actress exclaimed. On the other hand, she stressed that just like other couples, she and Jeff also went through problems.
“But I think siguro nung time na yun I wasn’t in a good headspace. Baka ako yung hindi kayang magsalita. Hindi kayang mag-share,” the actress explained.
She added that her statement in the past just coincided with the moment that she was going through something that she can’t talk about in public. Jasmine said that she has always been very open and honest to the press.
The actress has been with her boyfriend for seven years now and they have already talked about settling down. She said that even in the early years of their relationship, getting married was already part of their conversation.
Jasmine Curtis said that in investing many years with the person, it is a good thing that she has an assurance that the relationship will eventually go. When asked about her dream wedding, the actress shared that before she wanted to have a beach wedding but thinking about the situation now, she is reconsidering.
The actress stressed that whatever the ceremony will happen does not matter to her as long as Jeff also wants it as well and their families are there.
