Mavy Legaspi and Kyline Alcantara brings “kilig” once again
Kapuso actor Mavy Legaspi revealed the moment when he realized that actress Kyline Alcantara is more than just a friend.
Mavy and Kyline are among the official love teams of Sparkle. However, their “kilig” is also visible behind the camera. Previously, in a statement, Kyline revealed that she and Mavy are in a friendship within a relationship.
In a recent MavLine on Me podcast, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Mavy shared that this was the moment he realized that what he has for Kyline is beyond friendship.
“The first time na na-realize ko na hindi lang kaibigan si Kyline para sa’kin is ‘yung nagiging close na tayo [Kyline] sa AOS [All Out Sundays],” Mavy Legaspi shared. The son of Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi added that at that time, her twin sister Cassy Legaspi already left the show for the taping for the series First Yaya.
“Tayo na lang naging close kasi umalis na si Migo nangibang bansa. Tapos there was a time na kami ni Ky, medyo awkward nung una kasi galing tayo sa apat eh,” the actor said.
From that, they became closer and they started opening up to each other. Mavy shared that Kyline would tell him everything. “As in everything. And during those times mas na-realize ko na “Shocks, I really want to protect this girl,” iba na talaga ‘yung feeling,” the actor added.
He also said that it was not the protection as a friend but he feels that he loves her and that he does not want her to be hurt again. Mavy admitted that he also gets hurt every time there is an issue about Kyline and she is going through something.
The actor also revealed the slow-motion moment that he would experience while looking at Kyline on the stage of the Kapuso Sunday musical variety show. “At nasasabi kong, ‘Shocks, tumitibok na yung puso ko,’” Mavy Legaspi said.
